English — Privacy Policy (Google / platform reviewers)

This Privacy Policy applies to the Melek Puanı web / PWA application operated by Angels Akademi / Melek Akademi (“we”, “us”, “Data Controller”) at https://puan.angelsakademi.com. Contact: akademiangels1@gmail.com.

1. What Google user data we access

If you choose “Connect YouTube” (Google OAuth), and only after you grant consent, we may receive:

  • Google / YouTube account identifiers (e.g. channel ID, channel title / display name)
  • OAuth access token and refresh token (to keep the optional link active and call channels.list on your behalf)

Scope used by the app: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly — used only to read your channel identity via channels.list (mine=true). We do not currently use Google / YouTube APIs to verify subscriptions, likes, comments, or watch activity. We do not receive or store your Google password.

2. How we use Google user data

  • Optionally link your YouTube / Google identity to your Melek Puanı profile (account linking only)
  • Display the linked channel ID / title on your profile
  • Security, abuse prevention, debugging, and maintaining the OAuth session (token refresh)

Important — current YouTube use case: There are no YouTube engagement tasks in the app right now (no subscribe / like / comment checklist). Linking your YouTube account is enough. We do not award Melek Points, discounts, gifts, cash, prizes, or any other incentive for YouTube subscribe, like, comment, watch, or any other YouTube engagement. Points in Melek Puanı may come from other non-YouTube sources (e.g. Instagram/TikTok tasks configured by admin, referrals, CRM events) and are separate from Google user data processing.

3. Sharing, transfer, or disclosure of Google user data

  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not share Google user data with advertisers or data brokers.
  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties for their independent marketing or unrelated purposes.
  • Processors that host our application (hosting / database) may process encrypted application data solely to operate the service under our instructions.
  • Google itself processes authentication and API traffic when you authorize the connection (Google’s own terms/policies apply to Google’s processing).

Angels Akademi CRM may store ordinary Melek account identifiers (e.g. phone) for customer matching and reward delivery for non-YouTube loyalty features. Google / YouTube tokens and YouTube API payloads are not sent to CRM for monetization or advertising.

4. Protection of sensitive / restricted data

  • Transport security: HTTPS / TLS for the application
  • OAuth tokens stored server-side with access controls; not exposed in public client storage
  • Least-privilege staff access to production systems; admin actions are authenticated
  • Application secrets kept in server environment configuration, not in public repositories
  • Logical separation of user accounts; users only see their own linked social status

5. Retention and deletion

  • Linked Google / YouTube identifiers and tokens are kept while the link remains active on your account.
  • If you disconnect YouTube in the app, or revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, we stop using the tokens and delete or deactivate the stored Google/YouTube link data within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days), except where a short security / audit log retention is required.
  • Account deletion requests: email akademiangels1@gmail.com or use in-app profile contact. We delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days where legally allowed; legal retention (e.g. dispute, fraud, accounting) may require limited longer storage.
  • Loyalty history for non-YouTube features may be retained without keeping unnecessary Google token material.

6. Limited use / Limited Use requirements

Google user data obtained via OAuth / YouTube Data API is used only to provide or improve user-facing features you request (optional YouTube account linking / identity display). We do not use Google user data for selling personal data, for personalized advertising unrelated to the feature, or to train generalized AI/ML models.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and you may revoke Google access at any time via Google Account permissions. Contact: akademiangels1@gmail.com.

2. İşlenen kişisel veriler

  • Kimlik / iletişim: ad, soyad, e-posta, telefon.
  • Hesap / oturum: üyelik, giriş, güvenlik logları (sınırlı).
  • Sadakat: puan bakiyesi ve hareketleri, seviye, rozet, görev kayıtları, ödül talepleri.
  • Referans: davet kodu ve fraud önleme eşleşmeleri.
  • Kanıt: yüklediğiniz ekran görüntüsü / not (ilgili görevlerde).
  • CRM eşleşmesi: telefon / müşteri kimliği ile sınırlı eşleştirme.
  • Bildirim tercihleri: e-posta, SMS, WhatsApp, PWA push opt-in.
  • Google / YouTube (isteğe bağlı): kanal kimliği, görünen ad, OAuth jetonları (yalnızca hesap bağlama / kimlik gösterimi).

3. Sosyal hesap bağlantısı

Sosyal bağlama isteğe bağlıdır. Bağlamadan üye olabilirsiniz.

3.1 Google / YouTube — erişilen veriler ve kullanım

“YouTube ile bağla” ile Google OAuth onayından sonra, izin verdiğiniz kapsamda YouTube Data API kullanılır (youtube.readonly → channels.list ile kanal kimliği / başlık). Google şifreniz saklanmaz.

Kullanım amaçları: profilinize isteğe bağlı YouTube hesap bağlama ve bağlı kanalı gösterme; güvenlik ve oturum yenileme.

Şu anki durum: Uygulamada YouTube abone / beğeni / yorum görevi yoktur; hesabınızı bağlamanız yeterlidir. YouTube etkileşimi karşılığında Melek Puanı, indirim, hediye veya başka ödül yazılmaz.

3.2 Instagram

Instagram Login / webhook ile kullanıcı kimliği, kullanıcı adı ve izinli olaylar (yorum, DM, story mention, etiket) görev doğrulama için işlenebilir. Beğeni gibi API’nin desteklemediği aksiyonlarda kanıt kullanılabilir.

3.3 TikTok

TikTok Login Kit ile open_id ve temel profil (user.info.basic) alınabilir. Takip / beğeni / yorum otomatik okunmaz; kanıt + onay ile ilerler.

4. İşleme amaçları

  • Üyelik, kimlik doğrulama, hesap yönetimi
  • Görev doğrulama ve (YouTube hariç kaynaklarda) sadakat puanı / ödül süreçleri
  • Referans programı ve suiistimal önleme
  • CRM müşteri eşleşmesi ve ödül teslimi (Google jetonları CRM’e aktarılmaz)
  • Güvenlik, loglama, dolandırıcılık tespiti
  • Yasal yükümlülükler; izninizle bildirimler

5. Hukuki sebepler

KVKK m.5: sözleşmenin ifası, meşru menfaat (güvenlik, fraud), açık rıza (isteğe bağlı sosyal bağlama / bazı bildirimler), kanuni yükümlülük.

6. Aktarım ve üçüncü taraflar

  • Hosting / veritabanı: uygulamayı çalıştırmak için
  • CRM: müşteri eşleşmesi ve ödül teslimi (Google/YouTube token ve API ham yanıtları aktarılmaz)
  • Google / YouTube: sizin başlattığınız OAuth / API çağrıları
  • Meta / Instagram, TikTok: ilgili login / webhook
  • Bildirim: SMS / e-posta / WhatsApp (gerektiğinde)

Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız. Reklam ağına veya veri simsarına Google kullanıcı verisi vermeyiz. Yurt dışı aktarım olursa KVKK güvenceleri çerçevesinde hareket edilir.

7. Saklama ve silme

  • Google/YouTube bağlantısı aktifken kimlik ve jetonlar tutulur.
  • Bağlantıyı kestiğinizde veya Google izinlerini kaldırdığınızda jeton kullanımı durur; bağlantı verileri makul sürede (kural olarak 30 gün) silinir / pasifleştirilir.
  • Hesap silme talebi: akademiangels1@gmail.com — yasal zorunluluklar saklı, kural olarak 30 gün içinde silme / anonimleştirme.
  • Kanıt dosyaları inceleme sonrası veya politika süresinde silinebilir / anonimleştirilebilir.

8. Güvenlik (hassas / kısıtlı veri koruması)

  • HTTPS / TLS
  • OAuth jetonlarının sunucu tarafında saklanması ve erişim kontrolü
  • Yönetim paneli kimlik doğrulaması ve yetki ayrımı
  • Gizli anahtarların sunucu ortamında tutulması
  • Kullanıcıların yalnızca kendi sosyal bağ durumunu görmesi

İnternet üzerinden iletimin mutlak güvenliği garanti edilemez; şüphede bize bildirin.

9. Çerezler

Oturum, güvenlik ve temel işlev için zorunlu çerez / yerel depolama; PWA için tarayıcı depolaması. Reklam amaçlı üçüncü taraf izleme çerezleri varsayılan değildir.

10. Haklarınız (KVKK m.11)

  • İşlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme
  • Amaca uygunluk, aktarılan üçüncü kişileri öğrenme
  • Düzeltme, silme / yok etme (şartları varsa)
  • İtiraz ve kanuna aykırı işlemede tazminat talep etme
